OMG people are being completely ridiculous about this. Do you want him to sit and rot forever because he made one mistake. How many mistakes have you fucking made? Weren’t you forgiven for it? Okay well leave him the hell alone. It was YEARS ago. Obviously Rihanna is over it so since he didn’t beat your ass you can get over it too dumbasses. Sheesh!

Okay, are you serious? “He made one mistake”? This man beat a woman, and then when questioned about it (admittedly inappropriately) reacted violently, throwing a chair out of a window. That’s not exactly something to be celebrated, no matter how many mistakes everyone else makes. It is never okay to hit someone, especially someone you supposedly care about. The second he hit her, he should have gone away, left the limelight, and lived a low-profile life. But no, he wins awards and is regarded as a hero. Tell me how that is right.

At the end of the day it isn’t our business to “forgive” him or any of that. He knows he was wrong. He isn’t going to stop his damn life for a mistake. You get tired of people throwing shit in your face. NOBODY on Tumblr knows him personally. It was a mistake. And it’s said that Rihanna was hitting him as well. But hey, she can release an album every year and perform at every awards ceremony known to man, right? It’s time to move on and let Chris Brown live his life, do what he loves, and if he is being awarded for it then he deserves it. It honestly IS NOT YOUR DAMN BUSINESS.
